We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as data automatically gathered when you use the App.

Personal Information You Provide:

• Account details (Name, email address, and password when you create an account).
• Profile details (Age, height, weight, fitness goals, and preferences).

Automatically Collected Data (Log and Device Data):

• Device information (Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers).
• Usage data (Feature usage, interaction logs, crash reports, and performance diagnostics).

Health & Fitness Data (with your explicit permission):

• Workout metrics, activity tracking data, and integration syncs via Apple HealthKit (if you choose to grant permission), used strictly to track your fitness progression inside the App.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, manage, and secure your account.
• Process subscription payments and manage your $9.99/month iOS membership via Apple App Store billing.
• Deliver, maintain, and improve the core functionality of ThryveFit.
• Personalize your fitness plans and recommendations.
• Send administrative updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and safety measures to prevent fraudulent activity.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors, analytics providers, and hosting partners who assist us in operating the App, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of ThryveFit, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: Payments are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers on our servers. Please review Apple’s privacy policy regarding billing data handling.
• Apple HealthKit: ThryveFit’s use of information received from HealthKit APIs adheres to the Apple Developer Program Requirements, including the strict prohibition against using HealthKit data for advertising or similar services.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
• You may request account deletion at any time directly through the app settings or by contacting support@thryvefit.org. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased from our active databases, subject to legal compliance requirements. (Note: Canceling your subscription must be done separately through your Apple ID settings).

ThryveFit is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, providing in-app notifications.
